Scope

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for building projects from structure to TOPPlan, coordinate, and manage construction activities in accordance with project scheduleLead site teams including Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statementsMonitor progress, productivity, and quality of works on siteResolve site issues, technical challenges, and coordination conflicts promptly
• Act as the main point of contact on site for consultants, subcontractors, and authoritiesAttend site meetings and provide accurate progress updatesCoordinate closely with consultants on technical submissions, inspections, and approvals
