Site Manager [HDB Project]

JOB SUMMARY

Overall site works management, including progress, quality, safety, environment control, material/ equipment arrangement and control, manpower planning/control, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Site Manager duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Planning and executing site works according to approved master program with proper resources.
• Organizing site meetings and coordinating with project staff, company departments, various sub-cons/suppliers.
• Carrying out resources planning and monitoring resources on site to support site works fully without any delay, including manpower, material, equipment/machinery, site facilities, and etc.
• Ensuring safety/environment control compliance onsite, and vetting safety documents together with safety department.
• Ensuring quality control onsite, all works to be done accordingto specifications, approved drawings,method statements, and etc.
• Studying drawings and resolving any technical issues with technical department in advance to avoid any delay on site.
• Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and etc.
• Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry.
• Preferably with HDB Project Experience
