SITE OR CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee technical control and construction quality for ongoing projects till completion; and
2. Ensure compliance with BCA, URA and other statutory requirements.
3. Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
4. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Main Contractors.
5. Must have the ability to manage, plan, initiate, execute, organize, motivate, monitor and communication well; and
6. Monitor site workmanship, subcontractor, technical standards and regulatory compliance.
7. Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in theSingapore construction industry.

2. Good knowledge of local construction regulations and construction practices.

3. Hands-on site experience in technical or quality-related roles.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
