Site Quality Engineer (Civil / Geotechnical)

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage QAQC documents (ITPs, checklists, NCR forms, registers) with version control and traceability.
• Present quality performance in monthly reviews; liaise with clients, subcontractors, and auditors; review method statements.
• Deliver QAQC and product-specific training; support competency assessments.
• Develop weekly quality dashboards tracking ITP compliance, NCRs, and test results.
• Conduct quarterly internal audits, issue findings, and track closures.
• Raise NCRs, perform root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain lessons-learned register and drive quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Geotechnical or related Engineering.
• 1 – 5 years of experience in geotechnical, civil, or oil & gas projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis 2D & 3D.
• Certified as a WSH Supervise Construction Work.
• Knowledge of VBA / Python is a plus.
