Site Security Personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles at the construction site.
• Verify workers' identity and ensure only authorised personnel are allowed to enter the site.
• Register visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles in the site logbook.
• Conduct routine patrols around the site to ensure site security and safety.
• Report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or security incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately.
• Assist in directing visitors and delivery vehicles to the appropriate locations.
• Ensure site gates are secured during non-working hours where applicable.
• Maintain daily attendance and visitor records accurately.
• Assist the Site Supervisor with general site administration and coordination when required.
• Follow all company policies, site rules, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Project Manager or the Site Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Primary or Secondary School education preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, security, or site operations is an advantage but not essential.
• Responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work according to the project schedule, including weekends or public holidays if required.
