Roles &Responsibilities

Responsibilities

-Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&Eworks (mechanical services, air-conditioningand ventilation systems, plumbing and electrical works) on site

-Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-houseworkers

-Ensure all installations and implementation worksare carried out in accordance to approved specifications

-Ensure all defects reported are rectified withquality

-To keep site records (daily progress reports,photos, survey reports)

-Monitorsite safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced(With relevantcertificate)

-Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.

-Ensure the proper handover process of the project tothe customer upon project completion
