SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at construction sites. The Site Supervisor will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications, while coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain a productive work environment.
• Keep accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and safety documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
  Qualifications
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
