Site Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The successful candidate will coordinate site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and support the project team in achieving project targets.

Role Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carries out at all times.

• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  

Role Requirements:

• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the building construction is required for this position.

• Possess Pavement Supervisor Certificate / Road Maintenance Certificate.

• Experiences in site logistic management will be advantageous.

• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Project Location: Lorong Halus area.
