Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible to manage the assigned site project safely, effectively and efficiency to meeting business needs.  To plan, coordinate, monitor and review material and manpower usage allocated for the assigned site. 

Working Hours

The basic hours of work are 44 hours a week or eight (8) hours per day from 0800hr to1700hr, and generally is from Monday to Friday, inclusive of an (1) one hour lunch break, 0800hr to 1200hr on Saturday and rest day will then be Sunday.  However, this working schedule or the rest day may be changed when necessary subject to your department operation’s needs.

Responsibilities

·       Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inspection to completion on time and of desired quality

·       Support Project Manager through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall projects

·       In charge of leading and managing the team of foreign workers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of organization’s project and solutions

·       Responsible for effective site administration which includes site safety and control of materials/plants on site

·       Ensure that all safety compliance and processes adhered to by all workers

·       Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and subcontractors

·       Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule

·       Able to communicate to all levels and attend to daily site meeting

Requirements

·       Diploma or equivalent

·      With relevant working experience

·      Excellent project management and organization skills

·       Able to communicate in English.
