Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor site progress, manpower and work quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in planning site activities and maintaining project schedules.
• Prepare site reports and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction, Engineering, M&E, ELV, ICT Infrastructure or related industries.
• Experience in Security Systems, Structured Cabling or Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
