Site Supervisor

A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Job Description:

• Assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance to construction crews and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing hazards immediately
• Ordering and managing materials, equipment and inventory to maintain workflow without overstocking
• Addressing on-site issues, conflicts or emergencies to prevent delays and budget overruns
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities, employee attendance and project milestones

Requirements:

• Possess a WSQ Certification in supervise construction work for WSH and other related certification
• At least 2 years of working experience in worksite
• 6 days' work week
