Job Description - Site supervisor

  • Lead and supervise a team of workers at the assigned site.
  • Ensure workers adhere to safety standards and perform responsibly on site.
  • Request materials in advance when stock levels are running low.
  • Update and amend site drawings in accordance with actual site progress.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and address issues raised during discussions.
  • Record daily site attendance and sign off job cards at the end of each day.
  • Conduct on-site training for new workers when necessary.
  • Allocate tasks to workers based on job scope and skill requirements.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
  • Ensure valid work permits or approvals are in place before commencing daily operations.
