Responsibilities
• Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors • Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision • Supervise construction and civils works on site • Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings • Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works • Responsible for all aspects of site safety
Requirements
• At least 10 years experience in construction • Good communication & interpersonal skills • Excellent project skills
