Site Supervisor (Civil / Electrical / Utility Projects)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors, including attending site meetings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to support project schedules.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in civil, electrical, or utility construction, preferably in power cable projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, including cable route and section drawings.
• Familiarity with SP Group, LTA, PUB, or other regulatory authority requirements is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Possession of certifications such as BCSS, PSM, WSQ Safety Supervisor, or Work at Height is an advantage.
• MHA security clearance is preferred.
