Site Supervisor (Construction)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Report site progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of construction site supervisory experience.
• Experience in building, civil engineering, or piling projects is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
