Main duties and responsibilities

* Receiving, checking, moving, storing and organising incoming/ outgoing goods

* Ensure goods received into or sent out from the Company are in good condition

* Ensure accurate physical stocks against documents

* Ensure customer deliveries are despatched on right first-time basis

* Practice FIFO stock rotation system to keep the stores in clean and safe working condition

* Store goods in the right location in order to maximise sales and minimise waste

* Maintain the warehouse/site clean and tidy, to ensure safe working practises, ease of availability of stock

* To always keep the site to function efficiently and comply with safety legislation

* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned tools and test strategies

* Liaise with internal teams

* Ad-hoc job require on off according to the site

* Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma/ SPM qualification
• Strong in documentation; stock counting
• Basic skill in excel and data entry
• Need to carry at least 20kg of carton (Heavy lifting)
• Prefer candidate with ForkLift License.
• Candidate may be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years
• The candidate must be a bilingual person for a Taiwanese company
• Good team communication and positive mindset is required.
