Job Description - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Job Description

  • Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
  • Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
  • Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
  • To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
  • To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
  • Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
  • Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
  • Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
  • 3-5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
  • Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
  • Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
