Structural Engineer ( Building Project )

Responsibilities:

• Review RFP documents/drawings for Bid and assist General Manager to set up the strategy.
• Attend design meeting with Group Company’s Design Departments and give appropriate advice.
• Review design documents/drawings/calculation/Structural-calculation-model from the structural viewpoint, check design quality, and give feedback.
• Attend the periodical meeting with HQ
• Research the condense of Design Specification/Common Specification of APAC, and report to GM.
• Assist GM to establish Structural Design Standard of Building Design Department and help group company’s design department
• In APRHQ Design Standard should include, but not limited to, Design Specification, standard details, Coding Rule, and document rules.
• Make periodical progress reports to GM about the implementation of establishment
• Assist Business Development Department to get any information about new/current/past projects meeting/communication with clients/design consultants/contractors

Requirements:

• A Structure Engineer licensed in Singapore or other countries is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Structural Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience on commercial, mixed development building projects in SG
• Experience in International design or construction projects and international client’s projects
