Structural Steel Detailer/Draftsman

Roles & Responsibilities

· Coordination with Project Managers and Engineers for preparation of technical drawings and submission approval.

· Prepare material take-off

· Prepare shop fabrication drawing for structural steel works

· Prepare cutting plan for material procurement

· Prepare other drawing, fabrication and installation works as required by QA/QC and Engineers.

· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned including related site matters not mentioned above

Job Requirements:

· Degree of Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) – Structural Steel Engineer (StEr) certificates would be an advantage

· Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience working experience in metal & steel structural drafting

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad & BIM
