Structural Steel Fabricator Supervisor

Plan and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate withlogistic department, information to the logistics system to ensure existinginformation for further processing.

1.     Help to carry out several tasks betweenproduction and workforce availability.

2.     Plan and execute production, ensure productivity of the teamwork.

3.     Ensure output is as per schedule and meet due date(s) for project(s).

4.     Report / update Directors the daily progress of work.

5.     Ensure the proper order of raw materials to carry out process of work.

6.     Be conscious of wastages; - planned and advice for correct quantity to purchase and use.

7.     Plan the delivery accordingly.

8.     Perform filing and documentation issues, andprovide with vital assistance in keep records.

9.     Follow SOP and report on performances, budgetsand other reports required from time to time.

10.   Perform other related work as required by the work shop coordinator(s) and/or Superior(s).
