STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKER

* Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel supports for ACMV ducting.

* Perform cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, bolting, and fitting works using appropriate hand and power tools.

* Read and interpret ACMV coordinated drawings, structural drawings, isometric drawings, and site layouts.

* Ensure all steel supports and installations comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and site quality requirements.

* Assist in rigging, lifting, positioning, and installation of ACMV equipment and prefabricated components.

* Coordinate with ACMV supervisors to ensure smooth work progress and proper sequencing of activities.

* Conduct measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation works.

* Carry out rectification, modification, and strengthening works as required

* Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas are free from safety hazards.

* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work procedures at all times.

* Report issues, material shortages, and installation conflicts to supervisors promptly.

* Support testing, commissioning, and inspection activities related to ACMV support systems when required.

* Able to work during night when required.
