Job Summary

The Supercharge Operations Executive supports daily operations, monitors performance, coordinates maintenance, and manages administrative tasks for BYD’s charging network to ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor charging station performance and system alerts to ensure continuous operation
• Coordinate fault reporting, troubleshoot issues, and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime
• Track charger uptime and operational KPIs to evaluate network efficiency
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to maintain service standards
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve charging-related issues to enhance user experience
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to execute service activities effectively
• Follow up on fault rectification and service requests to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain clear communication with site owners and stakeholders to support operational transparency
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and operational documentation for accurate tracking
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to inform management decisions
• Track maintenance costs, inventory levels, and spare parts usage to optimize resource allocation
• Assist in charger deployment, testing, commissioning, and handover activities to support project delivery
• Coordinate site access arrangements and contractor schedules to facilitate smooth operations
• Support project documentation and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to uphold safety protocols

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, electrical systems, or technical support
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing operational tasks and resolving technical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools to prepare accurate documentation and reports
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in EV charging infrastructure to enhance operational effectiveness
