Supervisor

1. Assist Site Manager in ensuring all construction works involvingutilities engineering, laying of power cable, telecom & CATV installationare carried out to meet principal/clients’ requirement and are in compliancewith all government regulations and procedures.

2. Assist Site Manager to plan, organize and oversee all constructionactivities at all phases of the construction including coordinating andmobilization of workforce, equipment and materials necessary for project.

3. Constantly monitor the work progress by conducting regular checks on jobsites to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans,company’s quality standard, customers’ requirements and all relevant governmentand industry code of practices/standards.

4. Supervise and carry out construction work assigned including trenching,pipe laying, cable pulling, cable termination, cable jointing, back filling andtemporary road reinstatement.

5. Chart out the daily work plan including placement of road signs,temporary traffic control and coordinate with the logistic and procurementdepartment for order of materials and equipment needed for the job.

6. Supervise, monitor and control project to ensure compliance withspecification and drawing.

7. Ensure work site safety, cleanliness of work site, worker safety, healthand welfare at all times.

8. Take prompt and decisive actions in all site emergencies/mishaps orincidents and keep superior posted of follow-up actions.

9. Take all necessary precaution to prevent damages to private or publicproperties especially all underground services.

10. Carry out any other duties/works instructed or assigned by superior.
