Job Summary

As a Renovation & Construction Supervisor, you will oversee project execution from initial site assessment to final handover. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce strict quality and safety standards to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client's exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead on-site operations from initial quotation stages and site measurements through to final handover and payment completion.
• Client Liaison: Conduct site walkthroughs and maintain clear updates with clients to ensure construction outcomes align with approved design plans.
• Quality & Safety Control: Implement strict quality control measures to uphold high craftsmanship standards and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Manage, schedule, and coordinate internal workers and specialized subcontractors to optimize daily productivity and meet strict deadlines.
• Logistics & Inventory: Oversee warehouse inventory, tool maintenance, and material deliveries to ensure smooth, uninterrupted site operations.
• Business Support: Identify operational efficiencies on-site and assist management with accurate material take-offs and project tracking to support company growth.
