Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
2. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required .
3. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
4. Performing equipment material and routine site inspections.
5. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors managers and staffs.
6. Working closely with architects and other professionals.
7. Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
8. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staffs.
9. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
10. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
11. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
12. Receive complaints and resolve problems
13. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
14. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
15. Prepare and submit performance reports
16. Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
17. Hire and train new employees
18. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
2. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
5. Minimum 8 years Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
6. Able to work on holidays.
7. Able to work in night shifts.
8. Able to attend Customer call to resolve the issue.
