SUPERVISOR

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily manpower and material deployment
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor progress against project timeline and milestones
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety compliance
• Liaise with consultants, main contractor and client reps
• Review and submit daily/weekly site reports
• Manage material requisition and site logistics
• Must work in weekend (Sunday /public holiday )

Requirements

• Min. 4 years electrical supervisory experience
• Knowledge of M&E codes & safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Role overview

• Lead electrical site operations and field crews
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation works
• Coordinate multi-trade activities on project site
• Report directly to Project Manager
