Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.

Monitor construction progress, workforce productivity, and resource allocation while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, construction drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and implement safe work practices.

Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, inspection records, and communicate project updates to management and stakeholders.
