Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate daily project activities and ensure team members understand their duties and deliverables.

• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

2. Team Supervision

• Supervise, support, and guide project team members and subcontractors.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and performance goals.

• Ensure team adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress against milestones, deadlines, and budgets.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and performance summaries for management and clients.

• Maintain accurate records of activities, issues, risks, and changes.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure project work meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Perform inspections, audits, and evaluations to confirm adherence to specifications.

• Enforce safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between project management, team members, vendors, and clients.

• Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

6. Resource & Equipment Management

• Ensure necessary materials, tools, and resources are available for project execution.

• Monitor resource usage and report shortages or inefficiencies.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams as needed.
