Job Description

• Undertake on site works
• Provide quality check on shop drawings
• Liaise with respective parties for project related issues from inception to completion of project
• Overall project planning and management to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
• Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally.
• Effectively plan and manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by making the right decision to maximize the results.
• Daily equipment maintenance work plan
• Maintain good housekeeping and discipline

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Secondary School
• Knowledge of automation preferred
• Confident in analysing and solving production-related problems and demonstrating strong leadership in managing / supervising manpower and collaborating with other departments.
• Able to work independently and in a team
