Job Description - Supervisor and General Foreman

Supervise and coordinate M&E works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site.
The requirements for this position often include:
5-8 years of experience in the M&E field.
Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
Strategic & critical thinking, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and meticulousness in work.
These roles are crucial for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
