SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Job Summary

Maintain accurate and timely project administration whilesupporting construction activities. Manage materials, equipment, and permits toensure smooth operations. Lead construction human resource efforts byselecting, orienting, and training employees. Monitor project expenditures andsafety compliance to meet budget and regulatory standards. Conduct inspectionsat critical phases to approve project progress and maintain a safe workenvironment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely project administration to support construction progress
• Order materials and equipment and secure necessary permits to ensure project continuity
• Select, orient, and train construction employees to meet human resource objectives
• Assess and monitor safety and financial goals to support project success
• Contribute construction information to strategic plans and operational reviews to meet standards
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure construction budget compliance
• Define project purpose and scope to achieve construction project results
• Conduct inspections at critical project phases to approve construction progress
• Enforce compliance with codes to prevent fines and work interruptions
• Follow guidelines, standards, and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Provide support and assistance as needed to complete construction tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Knowledge and experience in construction site carpentry, formwork, and rebar work
• At least one year of experience in residential, industrial, commercial, or institutional construction projects
• Physical ability to stand and perform packing tasks for several hours
• Physically fit and hardworking
