SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Job Description:

1. Lead, facilitate and mange a team of M & E Department.
2. Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.
3. Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.
4. Prepare proposals for submission to authorities
5. Prepare progress reports
6. Prepare & Submission of RFI/FCR.
7. Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.
8. Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.
9. To work out cost estimation/ budgetary cost on electrical services
10. Liaised with suppliers for quotations
11. To supervise the overall site works related to M&E service and ensure in line with safety requirements
12. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings
13. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

Requirements

1. Minimum 08 years' experience in relevant fields.
2. Must agree to work after the schedule time.
3. Agree to work shift basis (Day/Night Shift)
4. Agree to work on Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday if necessary
