Supervisor (Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Together with Professional Engineer, if required, conduct site survey and assess if items requested by Owners are feasible to be carried out
• Schedule the works
• Oversee and supervise a team of workmen
• Ensure that the works done by workmen are delivered timely
• Ensure correct and approved materials and methods are used and executed by the workmen
• Together with Professional Engineer, ensure that the integrity of the building is not compromised by ensuring that all structural and load bearing building components (e.g. Walls, beams, columns) are not tampered with
• Attend to feedback from Owners/public in relation to the works or services provided by the workmen
• Ensure proper communications with the Owners regarding services/works to be carried out

Requirements:

• Possess a national certificate in construction supervision or Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
