Job Summary

You will supervise daily site activities, monitor schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and assist the Project Manager with material and equipment acquisition to ensure timely and safe project completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure daily site activities are completed efficiently and according to plan
• Monitor and track site schedules to maintain timely progress of construction works
• Enforce compliance with safe work procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain good housekeeping on site to support safety and operational efficiency
• Identify and address safety issues on site to prevent accidents and ensure quality of completed works
• Assist the Project Manager in sourcing and acquiring materials and equipment needed for project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Primary or Secondary educational qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction or related field
