Our client is a growing Middle East organisation as an International Talent Acquisition professional, driving end-to-end recruitment across global real estate and construction markets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and disciplines to meet diverse workforce needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead international search mandates, delivering high-quality candidates to support early stage real estate and construction projects
• Build and sustain strong talent pipelines across key global markets to ensure ongoing candidate availability
• Provide actionable market insights and advisory support to stakeholders for informed talent decisions
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing employer brand

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success in international recruitment
• Strong track record managing multiple recruitment mandates in fast-moving environments
• Essential background in Real Estate or Construction, focusing on early stage developments is required
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and engage diverse teams
• Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a high growth, dynamic setting
• Willingness to relocate to the Middle East
