Responsibilities
• Create accurate and organized BIM models / AutoCAD detail drawings • Check and monitor Contractor’s drawings and submission deliverable • Coordinate and consult with project/construction team on submissions, updates, or changes • Maintain drawing files and make necessary updates and corrections • Assist in improving work standards, processes, and techniques in using BIM • Participate in project coordination meetings and design review sessions • Support the team in preparation of business development conceptual drawings • Prepare required subsequent tender documentation
Requirements
• Experience in creating accurate and organized BIM models / AutoCAD detail drawings • Knowledge of checking and monitoring Contractor’s drawings and submission deliverable • Ability to coordinate and consult with project/construction team • Proficient in using BIM-related tools • Good communication and teamwork skills • Experience in preparing business development conceptual drawings and tender documentation
