Technical Executive/Draftsperson[building and construction industry]

JOB DESCRIPTION

A well establish architectural firm looking for skilled architectural drafter/technical executive to join our team.

You will be working closely with lead architects/team manager to prepare detailed, accurate drawings from rough sketches and estimations, and provide information required by clients, contractors and various approval bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assist to check architectural plan layout adheres to building codes and compliances specialising in industrial developments
• Preparation of all submission drawings and making electronic submission to all statutory boards
• Preparing detail, tender and construction drawings o BIM/Revit & ACAD software

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural
• Minimum 4 years' experience in the building and construction industry (Architectural)
• Proficient with Autocad and Revit
• Able to do BIM submission
• Able to prepare submission drawings/tender drawings/details drawings independently
• Able to check authority compliance for all authority
