Technical Manager - Building Line

Key Responsibilities

Technical consultation & mix design

• Provide technical solutions and consultation on admixture selection, dosage, and performance across different concrete applications.
• Develop mix design optimisations and special-application mixes to improve performance and cost efficiency for customers.

Troubleshooting & field/lab support

• Diagnose and resolve concrete performance issues including workability, setting time, strength, durability, segregation, and bleeding.
• Conduct site visits, plant technical support, and concrete trials in both lab and plant environments.

Specification & business development

• Work with consultants, engineers, and specifiers to get admixture products specified into projects.
• Monitor major projects from specification stage through execution and completion, protecting the specification throughout.

Tender & compliance support

• Support tender submissions with technical proposals and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all technical recommendations comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.

Quality & corrective action

• Address quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions with QA/QC and production teams.
