Responsibilities
• Manage the tender team in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender pre-qualification exercises • Evaluate tender documents and summarize critical information • Handle all documentation including method statements and other submissions • Address tender queries and monitor tender progress • Work closely with tender team, consultants, various government agencies and authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission
Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board recognised) • At least 8 years of experience working as a Technical Manager in Construction/Construction Management handling building projects in Singapore for mega projects • Hands on experience in reviewing of structural, architectural and M&E technical drawings.
