Client is a leading energy utilities provider in Asia, recognized for powering communities, advancing sustainability, and delivering reliable infrastructure solutions. Currently seeking a Technical Officer with a 2-Year Contract.

Location: Central (2) / North East (1)

Duration: 2 Year Contract

Your new role

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of district cooling plant systems.
• Attend toolbox talks and operational meetings with the engineering team.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Perform routine plant inspections and monitor equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with spare parts sourcing and procurement activities.
• Investigate and report equipment faults, defects, and operational issues.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Support operations at other sites and work independently when required.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
• Open to 12 Hour Shift Pattern (alternating weekly).
