Client is a leading energy utilities provider in Asia, recognized for powering communities, advancing sustainability, and delivering reliable infrastructure solutions. Currently seeking a Technical Officer with a 1-Year Contract.

Location: East

Duration: Contract with conversion to permanent

Your new role

• Process applications for the energization and activation of electricity supply to customers' electrical installations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for meter removal, incoming supply de-energization, and service cable disconnection works.
• Liaise with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), utility providers, government agencies, and other relevant parties to facilitate inspections, testing, supply turn-on activities, and investigations.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, including conducting site assessments when required.
• Support data collection, analysis, and report preparation for planning activities and monthly operational reporting.
• Perform additional duties and operational assignments as required by management, both during and outside of regular office hours.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimally a Diploma in Electrical discipline from a local polytechnics in Singapore
• Possesses class 3 driving license
