Job Summary

Support sales and operational activities by managing inventory, delivering technical presentations, liaising with customers and warehouse teams, conducting market research, and assisting in marketing and product development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inventory stock costs and turnover statistics to maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain SAS products and services to customers and prospects
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess project needs and define requirements
• Secure and renew customer orders and arrange delivery logistics
• Resolve customer issues related to SAS products and applications to enhance satisfaction
• Recommend SAS bar system solutions that reduce costs or improve efficiency through design changes
• Support research and development efforts for new product innovations
• Conduct regional market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain liaison throughout order fulfillment
• Assist in sales and operational fieldwork and supervise related activities
• Support marketing initiatives including brochure preparation and exhibition participation
• Prepare and maintain sales evaluations and reports to track performance
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs

Occasional business travel within the Asia-Pacific region may be required. Travel frequency is expected to be low and will be arranged based on business needs.
