Job Description - Technical Sales Specialist (Construction Industry)

Job Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
Prepare and promote product specifications to consultants, architects, developers, and contractors.
Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders to secure product approvals and specifications.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on project leads.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, or a related field.
Experience in technical sales, specification sales, or business development is preferred.
