Technical Service Engineer (Heavy Machinery Civil Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training and operational guidance for customers and end-users on specialized piling equipment.
• Operate, demonstrate, and commission heavy construction machinery at project sites.
• Perform equipment inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic repair works.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with customers and project teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
• Participate in overseas technical training and undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, geotechnical, piling, foundation, or construction site operations.
• Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, drilling rigs, piling machines, or similar construction equipment).
• Willing to work outdoors and travel to customer sites.
