Technical Supervisor

Job & Responsibilities:

• Act as a mentor to team members.

• Administer maintenance plans to repair malfunctioning Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

• Assess maintenance outcomes against established maintenance plans and timelines.

• Carry out safety and security checks.

• Coordinate technical training for the team.

• Deliver training after acquiring relevant technical knowledge and skills.

• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.

• Investigate reasons for breaches in safety and security standards.

• Manage staff conflicts and complaints.

• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on repair works.

• Prepare analytical reports on functionality of GSE.

• Prepare documentations for disposal of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and obsolete GSE.

• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

Provide on-the-job training to enhance capabilities of team members.
