Responsibilities:
Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate and timely cost reporting
Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractor claims and progress payments in accordance with contract terms
Track, assess, and manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims
Carry out site measurements and valuations to support progress claims and cost control
Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and subcontractor appointment
Maintain proper contract administration, documentation, and records throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on commercial and contractual matters
Requirements:
Good knowledge of cost control, BQ preparation, and contract terms
Proficient in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD for measurement and reference
Able to work independently with good communication skills
