Job Description - TECHNICIAN

Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues
Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are operating optimally
Assist employees or clients with IT issues, guiding them through steps to solve technical problems
Repair or replace damaged hardware and rectify software issues
Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
Provide detailed reports on the status of equipment and software
Train users on new systems, software, and hardware
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and software developments
Ensure data security by setting up firewalls and password protection
Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
