Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Junior Technician will work closely with Senior Technician
• Senior Technician will work closely with Manager
• Wears applicable PPE at all times
• Ensuring that the site complies with all health and safety regulations
• Performs maintenance duties
• Responding to various maintenance requests
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lightings and other building issues
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders.
• Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Performs standby duty when assigned schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Relevance experience within facilities management
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving license for Senior position
