Temp CAD / BIM Assistant

Be part of the team to support a digitalization project involving building and floor plan data.💫

This role is suitable for individuals with a background in architecture, drafting, or related fields who are comfortable working with technical drawings and design software.

Contract Period: 6 months
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Maxwell

🧩Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, clean, and standardize building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats
• Ensure CAD/BIM data is accurately organized, documented, and maintained
• Support data digitalization work by tracking progress and ensuring timely updates
• Work with a team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all files

🎯Requirements:

• Background in Architecture, Building, Construction, or related fields
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Able to read and interpret architectural / floor plans
• Knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is an advantage
