JOB REQUIREMENT

- Ability to work in an independent environment under non-climate controlled conditions

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

- Willingness to work overtime

- Good communication skills

- Able to read and understand design drawings

- Able to work under tight timelines.

JOB SCOPE

- Lay different tiles of sizes 300x600 / 600x600 / 800x800 / 1200x600 / mosaics / odd shaped tiles

- Ordering stock supplies and gathering equipment & material required for intended tiling job

- Measure, cut, and install tile at specified areas

- Tile alignment using straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

- Perform discussions with designers/homeowners on laying patterns and tiling requirements

- Preparation of surfaces for tiling with waterproofing membrane

- Cement screed floor leveling

- Wall plastering/ wall screeding

- Apply cement grouting to finished tiled surfaces

- Perform post installation inspections and touching up works

- Laying of protection on flooring after tiling job completion

- Maintenance of cleanliness in jobsites
